Note About Cooking Matters Transition: Salesforce will be accessible until September 30, 2024. During this period, users can enter information and retrieve reports and historical data. However, Share Our Strength no longer requires organizations to enter information in Salesforce, use survey tools developed by Share Our Strength, or report programmatic outcomes. If your organization prefers to use these resources, information on assessing programmatic outcomes is below.

Available via this link are a variety of tools for analyzing behavior change outcomes based on participant survey data. If you choose to use these spreadsheets please be sure to download them to your local drive before making any edits. Note that each curriculum has its own report in Salesforce that compiles surveys collected during that type of programming (e.g., if the program used the Cooking Matters for Parents curriculum, the facilitator should administer the Cooking Matters for Parents survey and run the CMP E-Survey Pre Post report to extract the data). A full list of curriculum-specific reports is available here and additional information about using the outcome tools is embedded in the link above.
