Note About Cooking Matters Transition: Salesforce will be accessible until September 30, 2024. During this period, users can enter information and retrieve reports and historical data. Adding programs to Salesforce and generating a program code for each one is an integral step in accessing participant survey results. However, Share Our Strength no longer requires organizations to enter information in Salesforce as a means of reporting on activity.

Implementing organizations have the option of using Salesforce to record their Cooking Matters activity (any use of Cooking Matters materials) in the community. You may use Salesforce to:

  • Schedule programming (record any instance of implementation using the Cooking Matters curricula)
  • Close out programming (complete the record of a scheduled program)
  • Record locations where programming occurs
  • Record partners with whom programming occurs
  • Enter team members who assist with programming
  • Maintain main contact accuracy
  • Ensure surveys are completed and that survey records are properly linked to programs

If you have questions or need clarification about how to use Salesforce, please look to the Cooking Matters Help Desk for additional resources and support.
