Note About Cooking Matters Transition: Salesforce and Qualtrics will be accessible until September 30, 2024. During this period, users can collect surveys, enter information, and retrieve reports and historical data. Adding programs to Salesforce and generating a program code for each one is an integral step in accessing participant survey results. However, Share Our Strength no longer requires the use of Cooking Matters surveys or that organizations enter information in Salesforce as a means of reporting on activity.
When using the electronic methods to record participant surveys, users may run into issues with the survey not proceeding to the next page. Follow these steps to verify what issue you may be facing.
Red Boxes around Fields:
Fields are either not complete or not filled out properly. Fix and try clicking Next again.
- Program Code: Required. Must be at least 7 digits long. No dashes or spaces are allowed.
- Zip Code: Required. Must be only 5 digits long. Numbers only. No spaces are allowed.
- Initials: Required. Must be at least 2 letters long. Letters only. No numbers, special characters, or spaces are allowed.
- Phone Number: Not required but must be 10 digits long. You can enter with or without dashes but if you choose to use dashes you must be consistent throughout. Must be either 5629996888 or 562-999-6888. Incorrect formats would be, for example, 562-9996888 or 562999-6888.
- Email Address: Not required. Must enter valid email address in this format, name@domainname.com.
No Red Boxes around Fields:
The survey may have frozen. Unfortunately, you will need to restart the app and/or the device and any incomplete surveys will be lost. The participant will need to start the survey over.
